I learned about this website through the consulting firm Vision.  However, I have known of Fernando's work in this area since at least 1986 when a number of my colleagues were taking a course from Fernando at that time.  If possible, please communicate to Fernando my deep gratitude for the availability of his work in this world.

Based on Fernando's work I have learned to listen to what people are committed to in conversation.  This capacity has transformed the way I relate to them in terms of care and concern as well as dignity and respect. I utilize this work in developing others in their workplace.  This development has led to an expanded capacity to demonstrate leadership and take responsibility for their future - a future that at first they did not think was possible.
